Do you leave some of the vinegar in the cherries to combine with the sugar? Thanks<br /><br />Also, my sour cherries faded to yellowish in color after the vinegar step so neither the vinegar or the remaining cherries had the beautiful red color you have. Did you use cherries with red meat or white meat?
